For Lisa Elmqvist Food Online

Lisa Elmqvist's Food Webshop is a service for home delivery of single products, lunch boxes, picnic trays, gifts, restaurant orders, and prepared food bags. As a registered user, you agree and certify that you are 18 years of age or older, of legal age, and have the full legal right to enter into an agreement with another party. You who register your details become a customer of Lisa Elmqvist. When registering, you choose which product you wish to have delivered and thereby undertake to receive and pay for deliveries of the products you ordered.

All of our products in our Food Webshop must be ordered at least two days before the desired delivery, and no later than noon. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays and holidays. The reason the order must be placed two days before delivery is so that we can guarantee that what is ordered is in the store. 

The home delivery will be to the delivery address(es) you specify during registration. The time for delivery is according to the delivery time you have specified. 

If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, Lisa Elmqvist's carrier will send an SMS with delivery confirmation to the mobile phone number provided during registration. Then the products will be placed outside the door, and thus the responsibility for the products passes to you as the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace stolen or weather-damaged products. 

The products are delivered in an unbroken cold chain, which means that the fresh products are kept chilled throughout the transport. You as a customer are responsible for examining the products when the delivery has taken place. 

In the event of unforeseen events and/or difficult weather conditions, the delivery of the products might occur after the scheduled time. In the event of an unforeseen event, which means that the ordered product cannot be delivered during the evening of the delivery, no subsequent delivery will take place. The payment made for the delivery will be credited. 

Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right in exceptional cases to suspend or cancel delivery if deemed necessary due to, e.g., a lack of customers in a specific delivery area, force majeure-like events (war, political unrest, strike, lockout, blockade, or other contractual impediments, fire, accident or other circumstance beyond Lisa Elmqvist's reasonable control), or other circumstance that significantly complicates or worsens the conditions for delivery to be completed. In such exceptional cases, you as a customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. 

You can only pay by debit card. When you pay with a credit card, we reserve the amount when you place the order. In the event of a cancelled purchase, Lisa Elmqvist follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for the right of withdrawal and refund.

On invoices, which require a special application to become an invoice customer, we apply a 30-day maturity date. A reminder fee will be added for bills that have not been paid on time or where coverage is missing after a reminder, and then a debt collection order. Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right to check your personal data and carry out a credit report. If the result of the credit report indicates an increased credit risk, Lisa Elmqvist reserves the right to request advance payment by debit card for products that you ordered by registering via the website of Lisa Elmqvist or to refuse the registration. In the event of a cancelled purchase, Lisa Elmqvist follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for the right of withdrawal and refund.

You as a customer should report any complaints as soon as possible after delivery. This is done by emailing matonline@lisaelmqvist.se and stating the error. Lisa Elmqvist reviews the complaint and replaces approved complaints with the value of the products. 

Lisa Elmqvist has the right to implement changes regarding the price and/or the content of the service. All customers will be notified of this via SMS, email, or phone, based on the information provided during registration, at least two weeks before the change comes into effect. 
The customer's responsibility for checking content based on the customer's possible special needs. 

We do not supply products with content adapted to special needs, such as non-meat or pork eaters or allergies and food sensitivities. You are responsible for reading the table of contents yourself. 

Lisa Elmqvist collects and stores registered personal data in order to fulfil deliveries and to communicate with you about Lisa Elmqvist and its services/products via email, post, and SMS. As a registered user, you agree that Lisa Elmqvist may communicate with you via your provided contact information regarding Lisa Elmqvist's products and services for an indefinite period until you actively opt out of further communication from Lisa Elmqvist. Lisa Elmqvist only discloses personal data to (a) third parties to the extent it is necessary to complete the delivery (applies primarily to collaboration partners such as delivery companies and similar), or to (b) a related company that is under the same controlling influence as Lisa Elmqvist in the purpose of fulfilling our delivery to you or to communicate with you about our products. Lisa Elmqvist does not sell personal data to third parties. Lisa Elmqvist's servers never save or handle payment details with your card number. 

You yourself are responsible for updating your information on the website, in order for Lisa Elmqvist to be able to fulfill the commitments. Lisa Elmqvist is not responsible for consequences that can be derived from out-of-date customer information such as incorrect entrance code, incorrect telephone number, and wrong delivery address.
